So Rhesa and I go way back. She went to college with my dad. Talk about “above and beyond”?! Rhesa demonstrated her belief in “team” about the 3rd day we decided to use her services. The house needed some freshening up (wallpaper removed, fresh paint, etc) - Rhesa showed up on a Sunday evening around 6:00 pm and stayed until after midnight stripping the first layer of wallpaper from our dining room and hall walls. When a subcontractor made a mess and I was ready to have a meltdown, Rhesa came to the house to commiserate and encourage us. When I texted or called, she either answered or called back in minutes. When we moved out of state and started working with a less experienced realtor, Rhesa was there to give advice and answer questions. I live in Ohio and have been to Canton many times but do not know the area as a local would. My single daughter accepted a position in Canton and was moving from Florida to Canton. My daughter's budget had many homes pop up that were very old or maybe not in the best of neighborhoods.
